Holiday Break!

Don't expect any basketball practices or games over the school break unless you hear otherwise. Have a happy and safe holiday and don't forget to stay physically active and keep your skills sharp! We will resume regular schedules for practice and games starting January 2nd.

Calendar Updates and Registration Reminder

Hi WHBA fans! Just want everyone to know that the Travel Team game schedules for Grades 5-6 and Grades 7-8 have been updated with details on the calendar. If your child is on one of these travel teams, check out the specifics by clicking the "Calendar" link in the sidebar. Grades 5-6 have games on Thursdays and Grades 7-8 have games on Fridays.

Also, don't forget to REGISTER, PAY FEES, and SIGN AND RETURN a medical permission form. If you haven't taken care of all 3 items, your child could possibly be benched during games.

Regular Practice Schedules

Click on the "Calendar" link (sidebar on the right) to see the most up-to-date schedule. When there are alterations or changes, we will try to get an announcement out about it. The projected regular practice schedule is to commence the week of November 26th as follows:

• Grades K-2 practice at Hooker Gym - MONDAYS
  5:30-6:45 p.m.
• Grades 3-4 practice at Hooker Gym - MONDAYS
  6:45-8:00 p.m.
• Grades 5-6 practice at Hooker Gym - TUESDAYS
  6:30-8:00 p.m.
• Grades 7-8 practice at Hooker Gym - THURSDAYS
  Time TBA 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Additional practices and games may be added to the schedule as the season progresses, most likely in December, so look for updates on this website.

Generally, when there is no school, there will be no games or practice. You can always email gowhba@gmail.com if there are any questions.

WHBA's 7th Season - REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Registration for WHBA 2012-2013 season is open from November 1st - November 20th. Feel free to register on this site by clicking the link that says "Online Registration" on the sidebar to the right.

The new WHBA season will be starting in November, so get super excited!!

Dates to note:

• November 2nd-20th - Registration is Open
• November 13th-15th - *Season Kickoff Clinics
• Week of November 19th - Unofficial Practices open for available players
• Week of November 26th - Official Practices Begin

*We are still working out details for the Kickoff Clinics, but each day will be reserved for a different age group.
